I have worked as a chef in natural food restaurants for over 20 years, creating dishes that highlight the beauty of seasonal ingredients and the traditional flavors of Japan. My journey in the culinary world began with teaching Etegami—a heartwarming Japanese art form that celebrates the changing seasons and self-expression. I look forward to welcoming you into a warm and inviting space, where we’ll share the joy of Japanese home cooking and culture together.
